Embracing Endings connects clients with third-party industry providers in the late life and end of life sectors, including, but not limited to, elder care attorneys, trust and estate attorneys, estate planners, reverse mortgage agents/brokers, home health care companies, hospices, funeral homes, assisted living facilities, any other healthcare or wellness provider, and pet relocation services, among others (collectively referred to herein as "Providers").

The information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute and should not be considered any professional advice of any kind or nature. Embracing Endings does not provide, and is not engaged in, any legal, financial, or medical services of any kind or nature. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals before making decisions related to your circumstances before acting on any information you obtained from the Site.

13. Copyright and Trademark Infringement Notification for Embracing Endings

• $5,000 for each instance of posting prohibited content.

• $500 for each instance of displaying or reproducing our content without permission.

• Actual damages for any other breaches of these Terms of Use, including attorneys’ fees associated with any enforcement thereof.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, and any other related agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Embracing Endings, superseding all prior agreements. You affirm that any agreements with third-party Providers do not conflict with your obligations to Embracing Endings.

19. Termination

Embracing Endings reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice for any reason.
